An interim conclusion regarding the adaptations of the legal framework to meet the challenges of digitization reveals that none of the solutions implemented has led to a uniform IP right that is globally effective. The question therefore remains open as to how creators can effectively supplement these gaps with the help of other business models and technologies in order to adequately protect their works in the digital world without national borders.
